How do I help?
Sales has become a bit of a dirty word, and I am on a mission to change that!
By chatting with me you will see how integral sales is to your business and not something to avoid or fear.
Whether it is just bringing in new clients or even getting fundraising for your start-up, my purpose is to bring a new perspective and joy to your team.
With my experience in managing the full sales cycle (from list building and outreach to conversion and deal closing) I am here to help with anything you need.

How I help you

I work with founders to help them do sales their way and my advice will always be bespoke to the individual company.
There is no need to act in a way that does not fit your brand and ethos.
Of course, you must push yourself out of your comfort zone, but if you don’t want to send lots of messages then you don’t have to, we can find another route to profit.

If your business or customers are completely out of my area of expertise I will not take you on as a client.
I will take time to learn and educate myself on all my clients industries so it is rare to find something I absolutely cannot tackle, but I will be honest if it is just beyond my comprehension.
This year alone I have learnt about Carbon Credits, Power BI, Ligature Management and Perimenopause – all things that were new to me, but were manageable to learn and understand in order to bring value to my clients.


Teach a person to fish!
I am not here to just do your sales, I am here to help you learn and embrace what sales has to offer your business.
It is far better for you to learn how to master these skills so you can apply them yourselves and recognise what is good sales when you begin hiring for that role.
My clients have to be open to learning and have the time and energy/interest available to actually do things themselves.

My story
Setting the pace
I started my career in Monopoly, making bespoke versions of classic games like Monopoly, Guess Who, Cluedo and my personal favourite – Top Trumps.
They provided me with fantastic sales training and sent me off to Stratford Upon Avon where I made over £110,000 in 3 weeks and one of the most Shakespearean boards ever made!
Startups to stores
I moved into the startup world after a few years, joining very early on at Stuart, a unicorn that grew incredibly quickly.
Again I was given the responsibility to grow a business unit, this time on-demand retail delivery; and I dove into it, creating our pharmaceutical and luxury retail delivery solution that was used by companies across the UK.
Strategy
After having a few head of sales and commercial roles I realised what I loved was building a strategy, testing out all the options and then implementing something that just works and can grow with your team.
I never lost my love of doing sales though and once you become a people manager, that starts to fade into the background.
Sales Guru!
One day whilst working as Head of Commercial at Matchable I took on a volunteering project (we had consistent 20% month on month growth and it was the perfect time to take the opportunity) where I gave sales advice to a domestic abuse organisation.
The instant implementation of my ideas brought incredible results to a struggling business and I realised the value I could bring to Founders and Sales team leaders by moving into consultancy.
That way I can keep doing the two things I love most: exciting Sales and creating bespoke strategies that really work.
